Descrição

The Marketing Executive will create and implement marketing strategies to promote sales. This position includes locating potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent with business objectives and also making a team as things progress further. The ideal applicant will have excellent communication skills, a technical understanding of laboratory equipment’s is advisable, and a desire to drive business growth.


Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing;
  • 3 or more years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Science or laboratory industry;
  • Familiarity with Science & laboratory, instrument and equipment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent with English and Arabic language;
  • Having driving license is advisable.

Funções

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the Company;
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies;
  • Plan and manage campaigns, events, and digital marketing efforts;
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management;
  • Identify and target potential schools, institute, industry and research institutions;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure client retention.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promote positive testimonials;
  • Identify and highlight the unique selling points of laboratory services.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and analyses the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing marketing activities and outcomes;
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies based on performance metrics.
