As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a memorable time at our beach club.

• Customer Service Experience: Experience in nightclubs, beach clubs, or fine dining restaurants preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus;
• Ability to work outdoors, especially in sunny beach environments;
• Energetic, outgoing personality;
• Unique style and appearance encouraged (tattoos, piercings, etc).

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing guests’ needs promptly and efficiently.
• Reservations: Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Promotions: Promote the beach club’s amenities, events, and services to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, such as F&B and events, to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
