We are hiring a food and beverage manager responsible for operations of a restaurant/bar. Ensuring that all the food and drinks are of the highest quality, designing unique menus, handling customer complaints and complying with food and safety regulations.

• Customer Service Experience: Experience in nightclubs, beach clubs, or fine dining restaurants preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors, especially in sunny beach environments;
• Energetic, outgoing personality;
• Unique style and appearance encouraged (tattoos, piercings, etc).

• Design food and beverage menus;
• Order food and beverage supplies for the kitchen/bar;
• Follow food and safety regulations; ⁠
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service.
