As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages.

• Customer Service Experience: Experience in nightclubs, beach clubs, or fine dining restaurants preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus;
• Ability to work outdoors, especially in sunny beach environments;
• Energetic, outgoing personality;
• Unique style and appearance encouraged (tattoos, piercings, etc).

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix, blend, and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.
• Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Standards: Comply with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service.
