We are hiring  a professional bartender who is skilled in creating and serving custom cocktails and drinks. The candidate should bear previous experience working in restaurants , nightclubs and bars.

• ⁠Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques;
• Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools; ⁠
• Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere; ⁠
• Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills; ⁠
• Ability to lift and carry heavy bottles, trays and other equipment; ⁠
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; ⁠
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• ⁠Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages;
• ⁠Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks; ⁠
• Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized; ⁠
• Check customers identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages; ⁠
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies; ⁠
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience; ⁠
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations; ⁠
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes; ⁠
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage; ⁠
• Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.
