- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques;
- Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools;
- Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere;
- Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lift and carry heavy bottles, trays and other equipment;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time;
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
