CBE Southern Africa is seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative on behalf of our client, who operates in the polymer and plastics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding the client's market presence in this competitive industry.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the polymer or plastics industry.
• Strong understanding of polymer and plastic products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively interact with international clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the polymer and plastics industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in alignment with company objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
